• Excellent relationship management and communication skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels and functions of an organisation,

About the job

Positions in this sub job family provide secretarial/administrative support directly to executives exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Activities include:

• Managing work stream on translating after acquisition,
• Attending, preparing  and coordinating online and onsite meetings between local and global team,
• Participation and coordinating plant visits regarding integration project,
• Translating online meeting, documents, requirements etc. (Turkish-English),
• Participating in meetings and assisting management and integration team in secretarial standards, and practices for the organization as requested,
• Using business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries,
• Managing communication and meeting schedule across all functional stakeholders,
• Developing and updating project plan based on work stream progress.
