About the job

As the Logistics Export Specialist, you will report directly to the Export Line Leader. Your strong communication skills will contribute to a close collaboration with plant and sales teams, as well as other relevant global RHI Magnesita colleagues. Proactively preventing operational failures and finding innovative solutions for internal and external stakeholders, belong to your top priorities. You will also ensure compliance with production specifications and Health, Safety, and Environment measures. This role includes two separate positions. Position will be based in Eskişehir, reporting to the Export Line Leader.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Orienting customer requirements by creating shipment plans for both domestic & export orders, in line with production plans and capacities
• End to end export process and customs clearance management
• Follow-up and control of daily inbound and outbound shipments
• Managing the flow and density of vehicles on site
• Monitoring of finish goods inventories

What we expect from you in terms of

Education and skills

• Ideally a bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or other relevant field
• Solid Excel skills (Pivot tables) and ability to transform raw data into meaningful reports
• Knowledge of SAP/S4Hana is an asset

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent
• Turkish – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience

• Several years of relevant working experience in international trade, logistics, warehousing and operations management
