About you

Sales & Project development excites you! Willing to be %90 physically in the field and able to gain the trust of the caster manager from production and safety stand point ( and blend in the customer team )

In addition, you have:

•  University degree in metallurgy
•   Ability to be on customer side around Ege region
• Ideally 8 years experience in refractory or steel industry
• Strong steel making ( Continious casting ) knowledge
• Knowledge in Flow control refractories/ Slidegate Refractories / Isostatic pressed products/ Tundish refractories/ Refractory for Ingot casting application
• You can identy a technicağl / quality / productivity problem/ challange in the customer and translate it into Business opportunies ( products, systems, services) without giving away the free technical advise.
• Professional experience in technical marketing, sales or project management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and project management skills
• Fluency in English
