 To further strengthen our growing Foreign Trade operations; we are looking for a:

                                Foreign Trade Responsible(FTR-IST)

to be located in our office in Istanbul, Turkey.

 Key responsibilities of the role will be:

• Perform and follow all import/export activities and all customs operations.
• Preparing all Export/Import Documents for Customs and to other Authorities;     following up Administrative changes in the customs legislation, taking necessary   actions when necessary.
• Organizing and tracking shipping operations and customs clearance processes.
• To co-ordinate the delivery operations between local warehouses and  Transportation  company.
• To contact the Rieter Global Logistic departments to compliance with the Turkish  custom legislation and the quality procedures (TSE,CE Labelling Processes)

• Close work with accounting department regarding documentation, payment and booking.

    PROFILE FOREIGN TRADE RESPONSIBLE

•        University degree in related field.
•        2-3 years of Experience in a similar position at a multinational company. 
•        Logistics (Import/Export) Background is preferred. 
•        Adequate English level in both speaking and writing
•        Excellent team working, motivational, strong interpersonal skills
•        Willing to work flexible working hours.
•        Work experience with custom agencies in the past; especially worked with       TSE/CE regulations and all related documentation.
•        B type driving license is an asset.
•        For male candidates; Military obligation should be completed.
