QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To further strengthen our growing Service operations; we are looking for a:                              

                    DEPUTY FIELD SERVICE MANAGER

 

 Key responsibilities of the role will be :

  • Supporting Head of Field Service in terms of execution of the Services.
  • Supporting of the Customer Service ,being the first contact of the customer, proceeding relevant communication with Global Rieter Functions.
  • Issuing CORN reports, responsible of spare parts ordering and ensure products are delivered to customer’s plant on time and cost efficient manner.
  • Performing customer visits to manage customers complaints, investigate the  problem ,define corrective actions, implement and monitor them.
  • To coordinate and work closely with the Feld service Engineers to solve customer’s complaints.
  • Maintain operational excellence with coordination by Field Service Engineers
  • Managing Performance Optimization activities , delegating technologists 
  • Expand scope of service quality to add value to the customer.
  • Provide technical recommendations to Field Service and support Field Service engineers in trouble - shouting activities.
  • Developing and implementing after sales strategies, programs and policies to improve service quality.

 

Key Requirements :

  • University degree from Engineering prefeably Textile Engineering
  • Experience in Yarn Manufacturing / minimum 3 years of experience in Managing role.
  • Very good command of English (German knowledge is an asset)
  • Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • No limitation to travel with an active driver license (Position requires %40 of travel)
  • Service and field experience is an asset
  • IT knowledge is required
  • Military services completed for male canditates
