Corporate Communication Director

We are looking for a team player who is going to be placed as "CORPORATE COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR" for Rixos Hotels. The position will be located in our International Tourism Sector section of Marketing Department CHQ Office in Antalya.

Assisting in the preparation of media interviews and developing messages to be conveyed to investors and employees.

Suggesting new initiatives that will keep the company in communication with its stakeholders at the highest level.

Managing media relations.

Managing the entire process of planning news conferences, including event planning, arranging posters and other graphics to be displayed at events, preparing information packs for distribution to the media, and preparing executives to speak at news conferences.

To follow the newspapers, television news and internet agenda to see the reputation of the company in the media.

Managing the company's website and social media presence. These include tracking what customers say about the company on social networking websites and responding to false posts or requests for information.

Acting as an advisor to CEOs and senior leaders in managing crises when an event threatens the reputation of the company.

Coordinating corporate communication activities such as social responsibility projects, product-oriented communication activities, local and international press tours, press conferences, sponsorships, internal and external events and relations with relevant institutions.

Working collaboratively with marketing and brand managers to create long-term communication strategies that have a positive impact on brand performance.

Preparing weekly/monthly communication status reports.

Proactively managing crisis communication processes.

Maintaining and coordinating daily work with PR agencies.

University graduate

At least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing

Fluent in English

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to maintain professional and strong relationship with team members and third parties outside 

Skills in project management, coordination, marketing & brand communication

Skills in budget management

Strong skills in personal development

Ability to multi-task effectively

Strong knowledge of revenues & analysis
