We are searching candidates for the “Marketing Director” position available at the Rixos Hotels’ Head Office, which is an International Hotel Group in tourism sector.

- Assist to consolidate reports, newsletters, marketing calendar updates and global sample orders.
- Support brand events, conferences, and meetings.
- Support international markets by providing creative files and information that they need.
- Develops and drives marketing programs reflective of brand strategy.
- Plans, manages and executes the department’s content strategy including social media, video production, website and public relations.
- Act as “Brand Bodyguard”.
- Planning & Supervising of own media with context suppliers and application teams.
- Liaise with all parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities.
- Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive analysis.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Youtube Studio, Facebook Analytics, Riva IQ, Data Studio)
- Identify, evaluate, create and develop tourism opportunities such as co-marketing, cross promotion, brand integration and consumer experiences.
- Identify audience insights, increase market share across key audiences to drive visits and maximize opportunity for repeat visits through effective guest experience, annual pass sales, campaigns, upsells, add-ons and product development.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail etc.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, tour operators and vendor.
- Oversee and prepare marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Develop marketing actions & projects, including company websites and social media.
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency management team
- Assist in preparing the monthly & annual Marketing Plans, and ensuring that marketing objectives are achieved, measured and analyzed.
- Analyzing booking patterns and market trends.
- University graduate
- Fluent in English & Turkish, Russian (advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong digital marketing & e-commerce skills
- Experience with OTA ( Booking, Expedia & trip advisor)
- Skills in budget management
- Skills in project management, coordination, marketing & brand communication
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Skills in on site & UX operations
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel PowerPoint, Keynotes and Photoshop (preferably)
- Strong knowledge of revenues & analysis
