Marketing Manager

We are looking for a teammate to work as a “ MARKETING MANAGER “ in the Marketing Department of Rixos Hotels Head Office, which belongs to our hotel group operating locally in Turkey as well as operating in the international tourism sector.

• Planning and management of marketing budget and activities and preparation of weekly and monthly marketing reports,
• Increasing the guest portfolio and ensuring its continuity by generating appropriate strategies and ideas for the development of the hotel's image and marketing policy,
• Analysis and tracking of region rival hotels and shaping targets, following events such as congresses, fairs and conferences and planning marketing activities,
• Oversee and coordinate all digital marketing channels and e-commerce lead generation,
• Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on e-commerce marketing initiatives,
• Lead all data acquisition and reporting for all digital activities and work with sales to develop board level reports and dashboards,
• Focus on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, SEO, digital advertising, webinars, email, social media, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics,
• This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise, 

• With advanced creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and leadership qualities,
• Undergraduate and / or Master's Degree,
• Minimum 4 years of Marketing experience,
• Having Team Management experience,
• Very good command of English,
• Class B driver's license and active driving,
