POSITION SUMMARY - Job Description and Responsibilities:

RIXOS Hotels group, are dedicated to provide very high guest satisfaction promise with luxurious and style in its 25 resorts with more than 5000 employees.

Now we are looking for a Civil Engineer for our Renovation and New Hotel Openings that will apply and utilize the project steps in coordination with main contractor and sub-contractors.

The Role of Purchasing Manager Civil Engineer; Follow up the project management, İdentify the goods and materials, Tender Management for purchasing and Procurement process, calculation of Interim Payments, follow –up Accounts Payable for cash flow management in coordination with Finance Division, Purchasing  contracts, and commissioning,

Ultimate goal is to deliver the projects and finalize the commissioning and acceptance by beneficiary

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•    Preparing Project Management Plans,

•    Monitoring day-to-day Project plan schedule.

•    Collaboration with Main Contractor and Sub-Contractor Team Members,

•    Collaboration with Corporate Finance to follow full spectrum of Project budget and Accruals,

•    Collaboration with Corporate lawyers to follow full spectrum Contract details.

•    Researching and analyzing market prices of Construction Materials Market Prices,

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - Job Requirements & Experience:

•    Bachelor of Engineering inCivil Engineering is required.

•    Fluent English proficiency,

•    Experience in İnternational Construction in Campus Buildings, Abroad experience will be an asset,

•    Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a Construction Management position,

•    Understanding and adhering to Health & Safety regulations and legislation,

•    Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables,

•    Advanced Microsoft Project Management Software Skills,

•    Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously,

•    Able to travel on occasion to visit hotel properties,

•    Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

•    Superior attention to details.
