QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is an European company which is one of the leaders of industrial automation sector. 

We are specifically looking for a "Human Resources Team Leader" with the following qualifications to be employed within the Human Resources Department, located in İstanbul, Dudullu Plant.

Functional and Technical Competencies & Qualifications

  •         University degree in related fields
  •         Excellent command of English
  •         At least 6 years experience in the field of human resources including blue collared HR processes,
  •         Having social competence, strong communication skills and being an extrovert person
  •         Who is eager to learn and develop himself
  •         Good at perfect diction, strong representation ability
  •         Having ability of persuasion and strong presentation skills
  •         Being responsible and team-friendly
  •         Good level on MS Office programs,
  •         Strong organizational skills,
  •         Living or able to live in İstanbul Asian side
  •         No military obligation (for male candidates)


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  •        To determine the scope of duties, roles and responsibilities of the business units and to complete the approval processes
  •        To carry out step-by-step studies for business units that are new and whose areas of responsibility have changed in organizational changes, to ensure that the tiers are calibrated for the units they are responsible for
  •        To carry out process design and continuous improvement studies and to monitor that all the approvals of the process owner have been completed for the designed processes.
  •        To develop suggestions for which unit the responsibility should be, to organize the processes, to research the best practices in the sector and to provide solutions by forming opinions
  •        To carry out workforce planning studies in line with company strategy, main focus areas, wage and benefits budget, business unit needs and best practices in the sector, to ensure that the norm staff is managed according to the number of workforce determined on the basis of business units.
  •        Evaluating the outsourcing needs of business units and expressing opinions
  •        Analyzing the organization and processes, identifying the opportunities and proactively creating improvement suggestions
  •        To manage the titles and positions in the company according to the title level structure, to suggest revisions in the title level structure when necessary
  •        To evaluate the promotion needs in terms of organizational development during the promotion period
  •        Evaluate the findings direct by the internal audit team and ensuring the actions that the organizational development team should be involved in
  •        Responsible of organizational design studies in line with organizational design principles, company strategies to carry out the necessary approval process with business units
  •        Carrying out change management activities during the realization of the newly designed organization
  •        To carry out and follow up payroll studies to prevent the risks that may occur due to regulatory reasons in organizational changes
