We are looking for a “Simulation Engineer” who are passionate about the join our unique team and the automation industry.

YOUR ROLE

The simulation engineer will be responsible for visual modeling, simulation and virtual commissioning of all products/process designs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To make concept design of projects by simulation programs,
• To make robotic cell design by simulation programs,
• To make offline robot programming by simulation programs. Conduct feasibility, collision and cycle time analysis,
• To make conveyor systems design by simulation programs. Conduct bottleneck analysis and make calculation of production output,
• Simulate virtual comissioning in robotic and mechanical systems,
• Deliver mechanical and automation modeling, simulation, and analysis in support of the development and implementation of high-performance products/processes,
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, automation engineers/programmers, manufacturing teams and other cross-functional partners to identify risks, and development needs,
• Ensure all project simulation documents are valid and up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold minimum a BS degree in engineering fields of universities,
• Able to use at least one of Simulation Software (Kukasim,Process Simulate,Visual Components, Robot Studio Emulate 3D, Fastsuite, Delmia),
• Minimum 3 year similar hands on experience in process simulation,
• Good knowledge in design, layout, process, and automation of robotic production lines, robotic cells, transporation systems,
• Familiar with the industrial applications such as robotic spot welding, arc welding, stud welding, sealing etc...
• Have knowledge about cycle time analysis, feasibility, collision analysis for robotic applications,
• Strong analytical thinking competency,
• No restriction for domestic or international travels,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours within the framework of project deadlines and customer requirements,
• High personal and professional development appetite, continuous learner,
• Able to work without compromising high occupational safety and quality standards,
• Know the importance and value of being a team, being responsible,
• Fluency in English.
