Experience requirements

We are looking for a "Technical Support Engineer" who can exhibit information about the Robotics Business Unit in Bursa.


Education requirements

The successful candidate must have a native Turkish and have the following characteristics:

* University Degree, preferably mechatronics, mechanical or electronic / electrical engineering.

* Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

* Knowledge of industrial robots, preferred collaborative robots

* Experience in working with customers in the industrial field, preferably robot applications

* Robot simulation knowledge

* Driver's license


Personality requirements

The successful candidate must be a team worker with excellent interpersonal skills. It should have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation. He must be able to work independently in a team. Outgoing, good listener, problem solver, ambitious, team worker, quick learner. Completing military service for male candidates.


Country and city description

The successful candidate will reside in Bursa. It will serve Bursa, Istanbul, Izmir and Tekirdağ regions.

   

Job description

We are currently looking for a Technical Service Engineer to maximize the sales of Collaborative Robots and provide solutions to technical issues from customers.


Reporting to Sales Manager, main responsibilities for the position include:

- Turkey's Universal Robots sales range of marketing strategies, goals, and System Integrators to maximize cooperation with appointed in a manner consistent with the objectives.

- Responsible for all Installation / Service activities in the specified customers / area

- Developing and maintaining good System Integrator / Customer relationships at all levels

- Develop sales channels where appropriate

- Conduct technical seminars and Robot demonstrations at customers' site.

- System Integrator / Technical support to the customer

- Participating in customer meetings on technical issues with the sales team,

- Providing necessary feasibility studies in line with customer demands,

- Performing preliminary design, product selection and trial activities during the bidding process,

- Performing after-sales installation, commissioning, programming and training activities,

- To maintain the breakdown and periodic maintenance activities in the progressing processes within the scope of the project

- Positions include extensive travel
