QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree; preferably communications related
  • Minimum 2 years of experience communications and event management
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • High level of communication skills in both oral and written
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good knowledge on MS Office applications
  • Creative, attentive and self-disciplined
  • Excellent time management, planning and organization skills
  • Completed military service (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Acts active role in developing, executing and improving internal and external communication activities aligned with Roche’s communication strategy
  • Plans, coordinates, implements, follows-up and reports communication events
  • Ensures the effective communication of the activities via related channels and to follows-up the feedbacks after the event
  • Tracks the procurement budget for the events in his/her area of responsibility
  • Develops internal messages and implements internal communication activities in order to increase awareness of company messages among employees.
  • Works with other departments/business units to provide content and/or comms tools for their business purposes. (Customer messages, presentations, speeches, announcements..etc)
  • Coordinates daily third party relations with PR, Event and Media Monitoring agencies
