• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and etc.
• Minimum 2 years of field service technician experience on industrial equipment
• Good technical skills and troubleshooting ability, passion for fault finding, customer and solution oriented
• Advanced level of English
• Located in Istanbul
• Willingness to travel frequently all around Turkey
• Valid driving license
• Completed military service (for male candidates)

Job Description

• Providing the necessary services in regard to installation, maintenance, calibration troubleshooting in the customer premises
• Analyzing the customer needs and technical problems in a fast and accurate way, offering necessary solutions and ensuring the customer satisfaction at the highest level
• Dealing with the customer complaints and offering the best solution to the customer
• Providing on-site and / or remote support for devices with the fault notification
• Providing service reports to be delivered on time and in desired standards
• Communicating effectively with all target groups companywide
