PROCUREMENT MANAGER

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar fields from reputable universities
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement
• Advance command of verbal and written English
• Proficiency in use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop procurement strategies with internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring compliance to these strategies
• Implement supplier performance strategies for suppliers of goods and services 
• Lead a team of specialists and position the Procurement Department as a key partner in the business operations by supporting and instigating Business Division initiatives for cost reduction and value improvement
• In support of the Business Divisions, ensure a competitively priced uninterrupted flow of direct & indirect goods & services 
• Continuously improve processes and systems to ensure the site is in compliance with global policies and governance directives
• Ensure effective fleet & facility management
• Liaising with a network of Global and Regional colleagues, playing active role in Global Working Groups and participating in strategic activities
