Planning Chief

We are looking for a 'Planning Chief' for our Murmansk Project;

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Industrial Engineering is prefered
• 7-8 years experience as a Planning Chief for industrial plant projects
• Knowledge and experience with Scheduling (CPM), project controls management, claims, and document control
• Experience with Primavera is strictly required (Microsoft Project experience is preferred)
•  Good communication, writing and computer skills are essential
•  English language knowledge is strictly required
• Willing to relocate inside Russian Federation
• Team Player, Self-Motivated, Result Oriented

İŞ TANIMI

•    Participate in the development of project baseline schedule 
•    Preparation and Processing of Regular Progress Reports
•    Review and monitor in timely manner, construction equipment and manpower histogram and advice the Project Controls Manager of any shortage
•   Establishing and Monitoring KPI`s
•    Carry out quantity take offs (Re-measurement of the whole or part of the works in accordance with the Project Documentation)
•    Participate in the development of cost estimation studies during project stage
•    Cost analysis
•    Preparation and Processing of Regular Cost Reports
•    Co-ordination and integration of the Subcontractors schedules into Project Baseline Schedule 
•    Tender Documents Preparation for Subcontract works (RFP package)
•    Perform technical and commercial review of Tender Packages for Subcontract works
•    Review and approval of progress payment certificates of the Subcontractors
