• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in building construction, OBO projects, USMCE projects ( site installation, test-balancing-commissioning works, planning , cost control , reporting , contract management document management and control)

• Experienced in commissioning process in OBO projects,

• Experienced MEP building services product and system standards,
• Experienced in building automation systems,
• Experienced in product development & test activities,
• Shall be able to understand system-subsystem interface concepts,
• Shall be able to prepare test documentation,
• Knowledge about automation systems and its components,
• Knowledge about safety critical systems, functional safety and fail-safe design principle and is preferrable,
• Speak and write English fluently.
• Advance user of IT, MS Office ( Excel , Word PowerPoint, etc.), AutoCAD
• No military obligation for male candidates

Responsibilities

• Guaranteeing commissioning tasks are performed on-time and with the highest of quality,
• Managing and controlling of subcontractors in place,
• Daily management and progressing of site activities in cooperation with internal and external resources ensuring time schedule from site establishment to project completion,
• Maintaining accurate assessment of site performance and proactively take action as required
• Responsible for implementing HSE rules on-site and maintaining quality control procedures,
• Achieving site requirements including cost, schedule and performance,
