Financial Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a team-mate to work as a “Financial Reporting Specialist” in our Head Office located in Ataşehir with the following qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or other Administrative Science departments from a reputable university
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in one of the big 4 audit firms preferably real estate/ production/retail
• Excellent command of verbal and written in English
• Consolidation experience is a must
• Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment and work well under pressure
• Strong ability of analytical thinking, team work, interaction and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications with advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• SAP experience, CPA or CFA degree/nomination is a plus
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

Job Description

• ·   Preparing quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports and notes in accordance with IFRS and CMB and also preparing activity reports
• ·       Managing and coordinating relations with various parties including external auditors
• ·       Preparing management reports with regard to project and portfolio performance
• ·      Providing assistance for documentation work with regard to several fields (including but not limited to audit, project finance, internal paperwork)
• ·      Providing assistance for reviewing financing agreements and relevant documents
•       Providing assistance for monitoring the covenants and undertakings under financing agreements and take necessary actions as needed
