We are looking for a "Foreign Employee Recruitment Specialist" for our Istanbul HQ.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or master degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Excellent command of English written and spoken,
• Experienced in English interview and expat management,
• Analytically minded and adaptable for the new challenges in a problem-solving environment,
• Perfect leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills,
• Excellent team player with self motivation and planning skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good at interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Management and development of the Human Resources recruitment functions in accordance with the Holding principles,
• Responsible from end to end recruitment processes for foreign employees,
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs,
• Generate a pipeline of candidates through proactive recruitment methods,
• Take part in business development projects in line with the company's strategic goals,
• Take an active role in the development and implementation of human resources recruitment practices.
