Rönesans Holding is targeting to recruit an "Global Enterprise Architecture Supervisor/Manager" to be based in the headquarter in Istanbul (Asia) or Ankara.

The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Determines and enforces enterprise architecture standards in solutions developed across the organization. Owns the application and integration portfolio and enforces to keep up-to-date.
• Designs, documents and continuously develops the enterprise architecture standards
• Designs, documents and continuously develops the integration and application architectures; defines and maintains technical roadmap closely collaborating with other solutions teams
• Makes sure solutions developed conforms to the architectural standards.
• Owns the application portfolio and define IT roadmap.
• Participates in planning, definition and design of solutions; explores architectural alternatives, helps teams in identifying technologies and making architectural decisions
• Defines and ensures compliance to critical non-functional requirements (e.g. availability, performance, recovery) for the solutions
• Defines integration guidelines and ensures that all teams build contracts appropriately for APIs and that the overall integration landscape follows best practices
• Synchronizes architectural solutions among teams and resolves architectural differences and dependencies
• Stays current on new technologies and introduces them to the Ronesans Holding if suitable
• Coaches development teams on best practice development and architectural design

Skills & Experience Required/Preferred

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related quantitative discipline
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture design and architecture frameworks and tools (especially in TOGAF)
• Ability to define and safeguard strategies, principles and target directions
• Ability to abstract and problem solve highly complex challenges
• Experience working on projects that span multiple stakeholders
• E2E understanding of business processes and their implementation through technology
• Programming skills in relevant languages
• Solution-oriented enabler mindset
• Strong communication skills with ability to align organization on complex technical decisions

The position is located in preferably in Istanbul (Asia) . The candidates living in Ankara might be considered.
