Ronesans Holding is targeting to recruit an "IT Finance Solutions Supervisor" who is accountable and responsible to support Finance teams with every aspect for Rönesans’s Digital Transformation journey and to be based in the headquarter in Ankara or İstanbul (Asia) with the following qualifications.
Skills/Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the TR equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
- Overall +6 years’ professional industry experiences on various IT roles.
- English is must.
- No restriction for frequent business travel.
- Extensive experience in developing Enterprise Business Applications using web and mobile technologies.
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and Organizational skills.
- Experience in processes: Software Development Life Cycle, Service Management, Project Management, Contract & Vendor Management
- Experience in solution design and architecture, familiarity with design methods.
- Experience in developing applications and database structures for Construction Industry.
- Experience/Familiarity with web technologies: Microsoft MVC, ASP.NET, C#, Jscript, jQuery, Java.
- Experience/Familiarity with mobile technologies: Java, Swift, React Native.
- Experience/Familiarity with CRM tools: Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience/Familiarity with ERP tools: SAP ECC, S4/Hana, Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience/Familiarity with DB Tools: Microsoft SQL
- Experience/Familiarity with Reporting Tools: PowerBI
- Experience/Familiarity with HR Tools: Successfactor, Humanist
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering from stakeholders and analyzing the requirements, technical environment and enterprise specifics.
- Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements along with technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
- Design and execute proofs-of-concept for critical enterprise capabilities. Created building blocks and transition points to deliver the target architecture.
- Deliver business architecture needs with new or different technologies to enhance current business processes and support overall corporate and business goals and responsible for the overall system solution design, development, testing and delivery.
- Develop and communicate project plans, status reports, and other documents and presentations.
- Organize the development effort, and to provide guidance to the development team during the systems development life cycle.
- Coordinating with business clients, supporting the application and implementing the process as per specifications provided. Answering the technical queries, driving the team and initiatives like - preparing the process, meeting drives metric collection and analysis, etc.
- Write user stories with acceptance criterion, create technical and design documents.
- Effectively communicating with the business and development team for development scope, Issue resolution, production deployment and production issues.
- Helping the application users in understanding the application and setting up the environment for them to make the application up and running.
- Ensure project deliverables meet our Delivery Excellence expectations.
- Contribute vendor processes, vendor selection, procurement activities, contract building and sustain engagement
- Regular interaction with the Client Manager, Infrastructure team, Network Administrators, and Application Users - all belonging to different departments and divisions to ensure the smooth running of the applications.
