• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electromechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction sector
• Experience in hospital construction is required
• Experience in complex & special superstructure projects is desired
• Experience in test & commissioning and project take-over is highly desired
• Experience in international consultancy companies is a plus
• Experience in executive & technical reporting is required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
• Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Review and ensure that final design and for construction design packages comply with contractual specifications and requirements
• Review and provide feedback on any technical matters, correspondence, protocols, reports, etc.
• Review, analyze and report mechanical & electrical works schedules including critical path activities and ensure that the milestones/deadlines are achieved and advise on new milestones, if required
• Monitor and report mechanical & electrical works site progress
• Define, report and track relevant risks, support establishing project risk matrix/registers by assisting with investigations of mechanical & electrical related issues, including root cause analysis, if needed
• Review budgets and progress payments within the directives given by CTO
• Inspect/ensure that mechanical & electrical works are in line with the targeted quality level at construction site
• Review, analyze and monitor Testing & Commissioning including T&C strategy, programme and method statements and ensure that related T&C activities are in compliance with them
• Inspect, supervise and report mechanical & electrical take-over procedures
• Review, monitor and report during transition from EPC contractor to Facility Management Company
• Support COO with regard to matters related with MEP, i.e. hard FM operations, maintenance and repairs, etc.
• Review variation requests/orders and/or related quality surveys in cooperation with the COO
• Attend technical meetings with all relevant parties including the EPC contractor, FMCo, Consultants, etc. and play a pro-active role
• Prepare and produce monthly reports related with his/her scope in English during both Investment (Construction) and Operational Terms
• Cooperate with SPV’s Technical and Operations team
• During Investment (Construction) Term report to CTO and during Operational Term report to COO
• Provide function of coordination or interface among the all relevant parties such as technical consultants, EPC contractor, FMCO etc. under directives of CTO or COO.
