Rotafilo is a world class manufacturing facility specializing in aviation airframe and engine tooling and ground support equipment. We design and manufacture our own products and work with customers all over the world. We have additional sales offices in The United States and Italy, along with the main manufacturing facility located in Eskişehir, Turkey. We are currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Managing Director.

We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to oversee our business operations in Turkey, provide strategic leadership, and take part in key organizational decisions. The Managing Director's responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies in order to drive organizational success.

To be successful as a Managing Director you should be able to manage and advance a business's strategic objectives. Ultimately, an outstanding Managing Director is an exceptional leader, drives a company's strategic visions, and is adept at crisis management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations being conducted within Turkey.
• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Preparing and implementing business plans to improve cost and production efficiency.
• Overseeing the company's business operations and making necessary decisions accordingly.
• Supervising, guiding, and delegating management and other employees in their duties to drive maximum performance.
• Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and followed.
• Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.
• Further develop and enhance company culture and ensure a positive work environment.
• Assist with performance appraisal, training and professional development activities.
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is required. Aviation experience is preferred.
• Experience working with an international company specializing in product exportation is preferred.
• Extensive experience as a manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
• Knowledge of and experience with quality system management (especially with AS9100).
• Knowledge of and experience with supply chain management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Advanced professional level of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
• In depth knowledge of market changes and forces that may influence the company.
• Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Problem solver able to keep calm and efficient under pressure and in crisis.
• Already living in or willing to live in Eskişehir.
