We are looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team in Istanbul Ataşehir.

YOUR ROLE

// Planning and implementing marketing activities (conventional and digital media) in close cooperation with our General Manager of Turkey and headquarters in Berlin, Germany 

// Briefing and managing local and global agencies, ensuring on-time delivery of 360-degree communication in terms of establishing, strengthening, and maintaining contacts to print, TV, and online media

// Creating reports, and analyzing running media strategies and marketing projects

// Developing a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms, including the company website, emails, off-site, and social media channels with consistency, appropriate writing styles, and brand voice

// Moderating social channels, monitoring the monthly social media plan closely, and ensuring that the content is shared on the right day & time

// Creating/editing videos and photo contents. ( Proficiency in the video, visual content editing, and designing programs is a plus)

// Observing influencer cooperation potentials in line with the brand’s priorities and leading influencer content collaborations

// Developing PR concepts and executing them together with the team in line with our communications strategy

// Planning, organizing, and supervising small, local community events

// Negotiating with brands and managing day-to-day operational requirements of the partnership plans and ensuring all rights are delivered

// Developing creative ideas – we are a fan of thinking outside the norm, aiming to attract the attention of the (local) media

// Supervising the market, competitors, and the development of trends in the digital field through the lens of fitness & lifestyle

YOUR PROFILE

// Previous and suitable professional experience

// Profound know-how in conceptualizing and navigating campaigns, media planning (media agency supervision) as well as executing conventional and digital marketing measurements

// Proficiency in English or/and German skills

// Strong communicational skills, completed through an elaborate sense for the Turkish language, written and verbal form

// You are a creative soul with a positive approach to short-term implementations

// Experience in project management with various in house stakeholders as well as supervision of external service providers

// Your structured and independent way of working as well as a high standard towards flexibility and teamwork complete your profile
