• Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments
• At least 2 years of experience in a Product Development Specialist position
• Proficiency in English (Good)
• Ability to work on-site
• Possession of a valid B driver's license
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with product lifecycle management
• Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using product development tools and software

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
• Develop product specifications and requirements
• Manage the product development process from concept to launch
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product sourcing
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
• Provide technical support and training to sales and marketing teams
• Participate in product testing and validation processes
• Prepare and present product reports and documentation
• Utilize skills in Product Supply, Product Development, New Product Development, and Product Development Specialist tasks
