QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a similiar role
• Good command of English,
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving ability,
• Highly organized, team player, pro-active and result oriented
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken,
• Experienced in LEAN manufacturing tools,
• Cost, quality and developement oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyse data to discover areas that need improvements and upgrades.
• Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development.
• Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
• Poka-Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent error.
• Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities by working with production, quality and maintenance teams.
• Lead/support projects to improve OEE, quality and productivity.
• Lead all lean activities in the plant.
• Lead, coach & train production and engineering teams for higher performance with effective execution rigor by practicing Lean tools.
• Facilitate teams in the Daily Management System with collection and analysis of operational data, identification and prioritization of bottlenecks and constraints, elimination of those with Lean tools.
• Lead the 5S system and visual management across the Plant.
• Define, measure, analyze, organize and lead SQDC improvements for CI activities.
• Learn, implement, share and promote Best Practices within other Plants.
• Track, monitor, report and communicate the Lean deployment progress and performance both at internal & external platforms.
• Define, revise and sustain process parameter for best output at production.
