QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our leading multinational client in an e-commerce sector is looking for an “Executive Assistant” to join their team, with the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Business Administration).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative/management assistant position preferably in a multinational company, supporting at the executive level.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, ability to perform accurate translations.
  • Ability to prepare presentations and reports using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

İŞ TANIMI

Main responsibility is to assist the General Manager, in his daily business affairs and to support Chief of Staff and Business Development Team on various regular reports and presentations.


Assisting to the GM and the Management Team:
  • Providing personal and executive assistance to General Manager,
  • Assisting on scheduling and maintaining complex calendar of appointments, conference calls and meetings
  • Managing diary, e-mails and telephone traffic
  • Coordinating travel schedule and visa requirements
  • Organizing meetings, logistics, dinning organizations for internal events, international guests
  • Arranging communication and coordination between the departments when needed.
  • Supporting to the organization of management team activities.
  • Supporting to the PR Department for All Hands organization.
  • Supporting to translating all kind of training documents, presentations prepared by different departments
Assisting to the Chief of Staff & Business Development Department:
 
  • Supporting the Chief of Staff for creating executive storytelling presentations.
  • Participating to meetings with Chief of Staff for taking and structuring meeting notes, outcomes and actions.
  • Assisting the Chief of Staff on execution of business and product initiatives and closely tracking the status of the initiatives with respective cross-functional teams.
  • Creating and reporting project documentation; involve and update related parties on the progress.
  • Tracking projects and action items. Informs related parties regarding changes on projects.
  • Collaborating with related departments to track and monitor the roadmap documentation.

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
