Sales Assistant

Our client, which is a Software as a Service platform provider, is looking for a “Sales Assistant” for its growing Sales Team, with the following requirements:

Requirements:

Min 2 years of experience in assisting Sales operations or Sales Managers

Experience in Human Resources sector is a plus

Graduated from a reputable university

Good level of English

Job Description:

To participate meetings with Sales Director and after meeting to add all notes with sales strategy to CRM very detailed way.

To organize and follow up the next event

To have high communication skills

To record the amount, terms and details of the bid to be submitted to CRM

To follow up the requests for change about the contract

To follow up long-term sales, deferred agreements and pending new development agreements and inform the manager when necessary.

To transfer agreements to after-sales teams
