QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Financial Business Partner to join ourFinance and Accounting Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management Engineering or other qualified discipline of reputable universities
- Minimum 3 years of experience mainly in financial planning, budgeting or controlling processes
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint (advanced level of Excel is a must)
- IFRS knowledge is a must and working experience in one of the top four audit companies is a plus
- High degree of analytical mind and problem solving skills and the ability to make reliable, objective judgments and proposals
- Analytical approach/modelling capability is a necessity
- Proactive and results-oriented work to achieve tangible results.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment.
- Team oriented and strong communication skills
- People management
JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for;
- Managing and coordinating budget and planning activities for related business center
- Decision support to management by maintaining strong relationship with business partners (value generating centers) to ensure that strategy has been reflected to financial statements properly
- Analyzing and communicating of actual vs plans deviations for all financial statements and key business drivers to ensure all operations are within budget
- Profitability/ margin/market analysis for different customer segment groups to interpret financial results
- Cash Flow forecasting and close follow-up with realizations
- Preparing sensitivity analysis for new developments in the market
- Regulation follow-up and communication of impact of any change in regulation on financial statements
- Leading any IT infrastructure developments
- Provide guidance to financial planning team members and support for their developments
