Process Engineer

We are proud to announce the growth of our operations in Turkey and we are looking for teammates for our start-up facility in Ayrancılar, Torbalı/İzmir.

The profile

•     University degree of Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering/Textile Engineering/Industrial Engineering
•     Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry,
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German will be an asset)
•     Proficiency in MS Office, (ERP and/or SAP knowledge will be an asset),
•     Enthusiasm and courage to take place in start-up operations,
•     No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Factory Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible from:

•  Develop the process to increase overall equipment and personnel efficiency and reduce costs
•  Implement and monitor key performance indicators: defects and scrap rates, breakdowns, statistical process control
•  Continuous improvement: developing and deploying the strategy for continuous improvement for the site, problem solving in case of breakdowns, defects or quality complaints
• Training: To set/design the operating standards and provide training for production teams
