Quality Engineer

We are operating in Turkey since 2018. We are looking for a teammate specialized in Quality Assurance/Quality Control for our facility in Torbalı, İzmir.

The Profile

• University degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 4 years of quality experience in manufacturing industry,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German will be an asset)
• Proficiency in MS Office, (ERP and/or SAP knowledge will be an asset),
• Enthusiasm and courage to take place in start-up operations,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

Reporting to the Factory Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible from:

• Planning, conducting and monitoring inspection of incoming/outgoing materials, processes and finished goods,
• Handling customer and supplier complaints, responding with corrective actions,
• Conducting production process audits,
• Preparing trainings for the production workers,
• Managing documentation for ISO 9001:2015,  
• Adaptation of client specifications to our production strategy,  
• Implementing the health, safety and environmental practices,
• Strategic planning of quality activities,
• Being the sole point of contact for quality activities of the company.
