ERP Application Manager

As a company of the Saint-Gobain Group, which has more than 170.000 employees in nearly 60 countries, we operate in the construction materials production sector. We are looking for anERP Application Manager for our headquarters in Ankara.

Required Competencies

     a.   Job-related Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related disciplines of reputable universities.
• Minimum 5 years of total professional experience in Information Technology and Information Systems, preferably in a multinational industrial environment. 
• Extensive knowledge of business and software analysis standards as well as ERP systems.
• Good understanding of SQL, PL/SQL and SSRS knowledge
• Being able to develop with partner companies on Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong systematic documentation, reporting, presentation and project management skills
• Very good command of written & spoken English and Turkish

Main Responsibilities

• Establishment and execution of IT infrastructure, application, hardware, backup, network and operating systems in line with the company's goals and strategies.
• Planning the outline, budget, work schedule and project team of IT projects, managing the processes for the completion of the projects within the budget and on time and reporting the projects by making cost-benefit analysis
• Ensuring the departments get maximum efficiency from the ERP system
• Supporting and improving the work flow processes in the company through IT systems
• Monitoring the developments in technology in the world and in Saint-Gobain and determining how these developments will be adapted within the company in line with the needs of the departments
• Ensuring uninterrupted, secure, up-to-date and effective operation of IT systems.
• Ensuring the duties of the IT department are fulfilled in accordance with legal regulations, company regulations and Saint-Gobain Group guidelines
• Identifying the risks and problems of information Technologies and taking the necessary measures or ensuring that they are taken.
• Complying with Saint-Gobain Group information technology rules, preparing the Group reports and presenting them to the relevant responsible.
