Qualifications:

We are seeking a Human Resources Responsible who has the will and ambition to work in Human Resources department of Weber Turkey’s Izmir Plant.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR functions like recruitment, training, performance management and internal communications
• Industrial background in a multinational company
• Excellent command of oral and written English
• Team player with strong planning and organizational  skills
• Strong communication skills and problem solving attitude, also can handle multiple tasks
• Residency or willing to reside in Izmir

Human Resources Responsible in Weber is responsible of;

• Lead and participate HR activities such as blue & white collar recruitment, performance management, training & development needs and internal communication actions
• Act as a partner of all departments
• Taking active role in motivational events
• Increase loyalty and motivation by providing effective communication and interaction with employee
