Qualifications

We are seeking a Planning Manager who has the will and ambition to work in Planning department of Saint-Gobain Weber Turkey located in Kemalpaşa, İzmir.

• University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business Management departments
• Good command of English both written and verbal
• Minimum 5 years of production planning and procurement experience with proven successful business development
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Located / able to locate in İzmir
• The ideal candidate should be Passionate, Enthusiastic and Adaptable

Job Description

• To ensure that the planning function is carried out effectively with the sales, procurement and production units
• To define stock level and prepare production planning and procurement needs
• To follow and pursue possible planning revision, material requirements and consumption for business continuity
• Monitors KPI’s for supply chain process
• Manages the planning team and responsible for their personal development
