Qualifications

We are seeking a System Support Responsible who has the will and ambition to work in IT department of Saint-Gobain Weber, located in Kemalpaşa, İzmir.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Minimum 4 years experience regarding IT services
• Experienced in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Terminal Server, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP
• Have a good command of Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016 and Linux Systems
• Experienced in Office 365 applications
• Experienced in Corporate Security Systems (IPS, Antivirus, Firewall, etc.)
• Experienced in LAN and WAN network protocol and services
• Experienced in server hardware, RAID, Storage, SAN, NAS etc.
• Experienced in Hyper-V and Vmware, Point, Switch, Firewall, Ups, Server, San, Handheld Computers
• Have a command of Helpdesk procedure
• Having MCSE or MCITP is a plus
• Very good communication skills in English
• Ability to engage with multi-national and multi-functional stakeholders, operate and deliver in a complex environment

Job Description

The suitable candidate will be responsible from and expected to be experienced in;

• First level support, incident management and maintenance of all IT related equipments (Desktop PC, laptop, smartphone, printer, IP phone, industrial systems, UPS, server, router, switch, access point, RF terminal, IoT devices)
• Take responsibility for various IT systems (network, server, storage, backup, virtualization, etc.)
• Provide 1st and 2nd level system support for all end users
• Take necessary actions which have been communicated by Global IT teams (Client and Server Patch, OS Upgrade, other Cybersecurity measurements)
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT systems and system management tools
• Manage and monitor installed systems
• Contribute to and maintain system standards
• Maintain installation and configuration procedures
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Maintain operational, configurational and other procedures
• Maintain topology, inventory, and service specification documents
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Keep software license list and hardware inventory of the assigned systems up to date
• Report to management regularly about systems as required
