QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry , Mechanical, Metallurgy and Polymer Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related position in the automotive industry. Able to  lead white and blue collar employees.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge and hands on experience in IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, Q1, ISO 14001 and Quality Tools,
• Carrying out APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMA topics and has high competence information in this areas,
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills,
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and proficiant in MS Office,
• No military obligation for male candites,
• Driving license B,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To create requested documents related with Quality Management system and to be responsible of following up, conduct and inspect the system,                
• Perform internal quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings whenever necessary to the Management,
• Carrying out Quality Certifications applications,
• To ensure the effectiveness of the system by organizing the Management Review meetings,
• Creating the necessary system processes and forms to ensure that operational processes such as new product implementation, technical change management, mold, fixture, device are carried out in accordance with IATF standards, To determine the quality qualifications of the supplier companies, to make evaluation visits, to follow the developments by requesting corrective action, to analyze  the problem on site by visiting the supplier when necessary, in case of errors.
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
• To analyze Customer complaints, and conduct the process by using 8D and A3 methodology.
• To determine the duties, and responsibilities of the functional managers  and employees in the department,
• To lead and conduct Kaizen, Quality Tools, Kanban System etc.
• Following the preparation of the environmental management system documents, for  the environmental consultancy service, evaluating the environmental discrepancies, making recommendations and following up for the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Managing incoming control, process control and final control approval and nonconformity tracking systematics and inspecting daily reports.
• To determine test/control characteristics and to prepare test standards and plans.
• To propose the methods and plan of the tests are determined in the specification and analyze the technical needs related to this methods.
• Conducting meetings with Customers and suppliers related with engineering principles and production feasibility topics. Ensuring that all departments work in line with the principles of the quality assurance system. (Projects Management, HR,  Logistic, Purchasing, Production, Quality)
• Periodical Customer visits related with Quality processes.
