LOCATION: Kocaeli (Darıca, Gebze, Çayırova), İstanbul(Asya)(Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Ümraniye)

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED 

We are looking for a Quality System Engineer for our plant in Gebze GEPOSB, which produces plastic extrusion parts for Automotive and home appliance industry.

·        Bachelor Degree in engineering department (Machine, Metallurgical and Materials, Industrial, Chemical…)

·        Advanced level of English writing and fluent speaking,

·        Experienced in Automotive Industry min 3 years,

·        Knowledge about quality core tools such as APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Cmk and Cpk,        

·        IATF 16949 internal auditor and preferable if she/he has knowledge about VDA 6,3 training and Knowledge or training about ISO 14001. She/he will be performing the internal audits,

·        Experienced about 8D and problem solving methods,

·        Good knowledge MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint),

·        High level of coordination and communication skills, being customer satisfaction oriented,

·        Willing to work during flexible working hours, to self-development and proactive,

·        Analytical thinking,

·        Result oriented,

·        Presentable and have good diction,  

·        No military obligation for male candidates,

·        Active driving skills and having no restrictions for traveling.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Be responsible internal audits and if necessary revisions of internal documents such as procedures and instructions and control plans etc.  

·         Support quality improvement activities,

·         Update the quality documents following process/design related changes,

·         Conduct quality system and special process and product audits as required.

·         Preparing the company for the customer audits and certification audits, requesting related actions from the related team members and following the actions are closed properly.

·         Will be supporting the reading and evaluating the test specks while we are having new projects and giving report about the test schedule to the feasibility team.
