QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in related departments (Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering)
- 2-4 years of related experience in financial analysis, controlling the environment (audit company and accounting experience is a plus,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
- Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge is required,
- Understanding of and experience on SAP system,
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills,
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result oriented,
- Having analytical perspective and attention to detail,
- High sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,
- Military service must be completed for male candidates.
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports (P&L, sales, overhead, variance reports, etc.)
- Ensure correct booking of expenses that are in line with budget,
- Follow up and analyse variances of utilization, product, service costs as well as of functional and all other relevant costs,
- Monitors expenses with department managers to control costs by providing detail on expense variances,
- Monitors spending on key categories to include maintenance, supplies, bulk materials and consumables, and support company initiatives to reduce spending,
- Support independent audits, ensuring that sub-studies related to these processes are carried out,
- Budget construction for the factory cost centers, fixed and variable expenses,
- Providing periodical analysis & insights of actual results to the Factory Director and HQ,
- Ensure that all required standard and ad-hoc reports prepared properly,
- Support month-end process.
