QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

Sampa is a leading global manufacturer of commercial vehicle parts, offering over 40k products with the largest R&D and technology investments in the business.

We are looking for a CRM Manager to analyze and monitor sales revenues designed to foster long term? profitable relationships with clients.

The CRM Manager reports to the B2B Director of Sampa and interacts, amongst others, with Regional Sales, Production, Category Managers and Global Marketing director, in order to boost our company’s market understanding and increase customer engagement. You should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics.  

The ability to identify new opportunities and market behaviours and trends from analyzing market data is vital to this position. Ultimately, your goal is to support the increased revenue and achieve business goals by aiming for and building a customer-oriented company.


CRM Manager responsibilities are:

•Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

•Ensure the CRM system is acting as an effective tool for analyzing market data

•Coordinate standard database dashboard reporting and insights

•Engage your day-to-day stakeholders with CRM communications activity and inform them on the insights driven from the programme

•Analyze marketing campaigns 

•Keep track of marketing metrics and trends? such as conversion rates

We are looking for team member who will work as a CRM Manager at our company in the Automotive Supply Industry located in Samsun/Turkey.


CRM Manager requirements are:

•Proven work experience as a CRM Manager or similar role

•Bachelor’s Degree and >3 years’ experience required

•Solid background in customer behaviour analytics

•Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems

•Significant experience working in high performing Digital teams

•Knowledge about online marketing methods as well as best practices

•Demonstrated business results from delivering on-time.

•Customer oriented attitude and outstanding communication skills.

5 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
