QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for Accountant to join our Accounting Department in Samsung CT Turkey Branch with the following qualifications; 

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or accounting /finance
• Minimum 2 years of experience at accounting department.
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong follow-up and timeliness
• Knowledge of SAP and Logo accounting systems in an asset

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in the day-to-day maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger
• Performing month end /quarter end/year-end closing activities,
• Maintaining reconciliation with related and third parties,
• Coordination and communication with HQ residents abroad,
• Following legislative changes and implementing when applicable,
• Bookkeeping all documents,
• Performing bank clearing and book-related journal entries for bank postings,
• Following all payment approval and payment process,
• Preparing cash and bank reports as a daily and monthly
• Performing e-ledger, e-achieve and e-invoicing processes
• Knowledge of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns
• Weekly regular archiving of recorded documents.
• Follows up on the approval procedure for the company expenses and invoices
