QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATION

• At least 4-5 years of import operations experience in similar industries
• Excellence knowledge of import and export operations, HS Code Classification Tariff, Incoterms
• Good understanding of customs regulations
• Customs broker management, 3PL management
• Fluency in English, both written & spoken.
•  Analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Good team player with strong communication skill

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Following and managing the day-to-day import / export activities.
• Ensuring full compliance with customs laws and regulations together with customs brokers and consultants.
• Set/up verify exact HS Code, Customs Duty Rate
• Reviewing and approving import declarations.
• Manages Customs Broker and other vendor relationships tied to compliance programs.
• Monitoring and reporting the performance of 3PL
• Developing proactive approaches to optimize necessary processes.
