QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Min. Bachelor university degree in a technical, economics or scientific degree that contains supply chain management, logistics and/or planning including an APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP certification 

• Good command of English written and spoken

• Work experience in any of the fields of supply chain management, planning, logistics and inventory management

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for order requisition tasks for a defined number of Products manufactured at External Suppliers

• Responsible for timely order fulfillment.

• Vendor performance management, measurement & KPI maintenance

• Maintain adequate planning & master data parameters (eg. MOQ, Lead Times, order frequency) setting for active assortment in close collaboration with local master data mgt.

• Responsible for the Novartis Pharma AG inventories according defined target values

• Toll Reconciliation • Reconcile Novartis Pharma AG inventories at vendor with system inventory

• Follow-up on inventory differences

• Communication to all stakeholders around supply

• Material Master Data Management

• PO Monitoring – communication with suppliers

• Manage NIPBI Hub Activities

• Organize sampling testing and receiving of results (DS only)

• Support NOSSCE projects and delivery / SC improvement activities

• Follow up transportation & warehousing, shipping documentation, etc

• Communication with Toll Manufacturers on Stock Count, etc

• Consignment Stock Management

• Invoice Management for Non-PO invoices (shipping agent)

• Follow up on Internal Reconciliation/Goods Receipt discrepancies (with Finance)

• Management of all activities related to SAP PO placement process including scanning, sending, changes & acknowledgements.

• Follow up on issues relation to FOC components.

• Management of returns.

• NFCM compliance.
