We are looking for a 'Market Access Specialist’, for our Headquarters in Kavacık, İstanbul. 

• University degree in science and/or business • Preferably Advanced degree in economics 

• Fluent in Turkish, Advanced English 

• Min 1 years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry in the related field. 

• Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics 

• Well developed understanding of regulatory environment, including degree of market regulation and local environments 

• Well developed understanding of drug product P&R and Listing processes, including processes for clinical guidelines and formularies 

• Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with government officials, regulators, and other key KOLs 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Foster trust-based working relationships with key national stakeholders in government P&R authorities and KOLs having impact on P&R processes & procedures 

• Establish Country positioning with tier-1 regulators, laying groundwork for P&R and Listing conversations and negotiation 

• Structure, prepare and conduct high-level P&R and listing negotiations, in collaboration with Pricing, and Reimbursement regulatory bodies. 

• Closely follow-up Sandoz pipeline and support early regulatory application in coordination with local & regional regulatory teams for early market access in Turkey 

• Create growth opportunities in line with long-range strategies of the business in the country, taking into account synergies across all local strategic and commercial approaches. 

• Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities in country 

• Ensure the correct and timely preparation of Pricing and Reimbursement files to be submitted to the related regulatory departments in Ministries.
