We are looking for a 'Quality Assurance Specialist’, for our Headquarters in Kavacık, İstanbul. 

- University graduate of Medical, Pharmacy, Chemistry and the Chemistry main science branches.
- Possession of the necessary GMP understanding, observa-tion capacity, training and experience in order to realize Quality Assurance activities in a correct and effective man-ner. At least two years practical work experience.
- Fluent in Turkish, Advanced English.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

•To make the batch record review and batch release process completely and on time before dispatch, usage or sales decision of the products.
• To control the Ministry of Health sample artworks visually with reviewing of the batch records.
• To ensure that the storage of the reserve samples are done on time and without defect and to keep the layout plant of the reserve samples archive updated with the 3rd service provider..
• To make a usage decision of the products and returned products and enter to the SAP system after evaluation of the batch records with batch release authorization as responsible manager (QP).
• To enter the reject and/or destruction decision to the SAP system and prepare the destruction re-ports of the products.
• To enter the destruction or release decision of the returned and customer complaint products to the SAP system.
• Contribute to do the activities about filing of recall and event reports where needed and to take or provide the related distribution lists.
• To follow up the back order reports daily and to ensure that the products are sent to sales on time.
• All of the release controls of local, import and 3rd party products should be done according to GMP requirements.
