QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

  • Experience in internal sales / customer service in an international company
  • Accurate handling of customer orders, quotation requests and customer master data
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and affinity for marketing
  • SAP knowledge, preferably advanced in the SD module
  • Commercial background with technical understanding for cutting tool business
  • Fluent in English, second language, preferably German is advantageous
  • No restrictions for traveling for customer visits in the export markets

Key Responsibilities 

  • To provide customer services (via email, telephone or fax) within the task contents
  • Independently control, process and track incoming orders with corresponding regulations
  • Independently control and monitor of all export related customs procedures to secure a fast and reliable delivery
  • Forward relative order information to other responsible persons for applications or technical consulting
  • Coordinating special tools or project orders from quotation until complete delivery and invoicing.
  • Monitoring lead times and inform in advance customer, account responsible and other involved persons/departments in case of any changes in delivery
  • Handling of customer complaints (product and delivery related)
  • Provide order related information to Sales Manager or Sales Responsible
  • Tracking demo tools and collect regularly status information in order to complete the demo process according internal procedures.
  • Provide information for Sales Managers on weekly stock movements
  • Except for the listed tasks, the jobholder also needs to complete instructions or other tasks given from direct manager or arisen from those listed tasks
  • The jobholder has full responsibilities of the assignment regulated in company rules
  • Appropriate coordination, proof and settlement of all sales tasks (to process and prove incoming orders, telephone contacts, complaint cases, return of goods, price information etc.) as well as managing demo tools and local stock
  • Provide satisfactory services after order processing to match customer’s needs
