• Graduated from related disciplines of University

·         Experienced in Sales Administration or Sales Support
·         Good command of English
·         Previous experience in cutting tool environment or a similar industry would be an asset
·         Proficient MS Office user
·         Experience with SAP would be an asset
·         Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
·         Resourceful and dynamic with a flexible attitude
·         A structured and result-oriented way of working

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for someone to contribute to our Customer Operations division at Sandvik Coromant – someone who is motivated by the opportunity to be the key interface between the sales teams and the customer. The Position will be located in Istanbul, Turkey and will be contracted for 6 – 12 months
 
·         Following up customer operations (customer orders, purchase orders, supplier statuses etc.) on a daily basis
·         Prepare & follow-up quotations with coordination of sales team
·         Enter customer orders & give purchase orders accordingly
·         Stock receipt of the goods, coordinate invoicing
·         Managing claim process of suppliers / customers
·         building up long-term, profitable strong client relationships
·         Record all the transactions into CRM System accurately. Utilise all relevant IT tools.
·         Support sales engineers to match best product offering with customer needs/opportunities
·         Preparing ad-hoc reports / KPI reports based on request
·         Coordinating communications within the Customer Operations team and acting as a reference person
