Position Overview:We are looking for a talented researcher at research and development (R&D) center at SANKO Textile Company located in Inegol/Bursa. Our multidisciplinary R&D center consists of researchers who completed their higher education abroad (PhD. and MSc.) in physics, chemistry, biology and electronics.  

Skills and/or Training Desired

• Barchelors/Masters degree completed in Physics and/or Electronics,
• Advance English in communication and writing,
• Ability to take responsibilities and self-organization,
• Being a solution-oriented person and taking to-the-point steps and not to consumed in details,
• Analytical skillsets to solve complex problems,
• Foreseeing insignificant details and carrying on using time efficiently,
• Pay serious attention to active communication and details,
• Ability to work independently and collaborative manner in a team,
• Flexible for short trips abroad,

Job Title

Objectives

Designing and producing of electronics and partial mechanical systems at Technology Development Laboratory in ISKO. Generating and applying innovative ideas about wearables technologies by means of electronics, mechanical and software developments. The successful candidate should keep up with nano-textile advances all around the world and responsible for producing current technologies and/or discovering novel technologies at R&D center in ISKO. The candidate will fulfill the vacancy below. 

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing electronics and related projects.
• Publishing and/or contributing academic articles, posters, and patents.
• Mentoring other researchers.
• Collaborating with national and international universities and research institutions and/or sustaining  currently established collaboration(s).
• Writing competitive research grant proposals for national and international projects and tracking them.
• Attending meetings in or outside of Turkey, if necessary.

Scientific Activities

• Writing competitive research grant proposals for national and international projects
• Publishing and/or contributing academic articles, posters, and patents.
• Investigating newly discovered popular technologies and informing other researchers about feasibility of these technologies on a daily basis.
• Visiting national and international R&D centers to learn currently running researches.
