QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
SKILLS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree from related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting),
- Min. 5 years experience of working as a Budget and Reporting Manager in a manufacturing (preferrably textile) company or a similar finance role,
- Experienced in areas of financial reporting, auditing, cost controlling, financial analysis, financial planning, financial modelling and management reporting,
- 4-5 years working experience in financial audit firms prefered,
- Fluent in both written and spoken English,
- Strong proficiency and excellent command in MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
- Having knowledge and experience in SAP FI-CO and SAP BPC is a valuable asset,
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines,
- Result-oriented and able to make quick decisions, strong communication skills and coordination skills, open to innovation and development.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Coordination of budget and reporting process, monitoring the budget throughout the year,
- Identifying variances between budget and actual financial results at the end of each reporting period,
- Analyzing actual results to budgets and forecasts,
- Preparing monthly/quarterly management and board reports and presentations,
- Providing financial analysis and strategic input to facilitate high-level decision-making by management,
- Monitoring spending patterns and implementing measures to promote adherence to budgets,
- Assisting other departments in preparing operating budgets according to their goals and expenses,
- A highly motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments,
- Reporting directly to CFO.
