Utilities Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for Utilities Specialist to join our Engineering Projects and Maintenance team in Lüleburgaz, Turkey.

Key Responsibilities

·         Operates the Process Support Systems. (Ventilating&Automation, Heating&Cooling, Natural Gas, nitrogen, pipe lines etc.)

·         Provide technical support to production units and others

·         Follow the technological developments

·         Modify and update maintenance plans and implement on time

·         Manage the SOPs, change request, deviations and qualification protocols/reports at the area of responsibilities.

·         Projects; - Support and develop the energy saving programs and implement new projects.

·         Revise the systems according to cGMP requests and extra capacity demand

·         Budget;  - to prepare investment and expense budget.

·         Leadership '-Provide regular training for staff to improve their competency

·         Applies all the rules of OHSAS.

·         Must obey Health Safety Environment (HSE) standards and work procedures in his/her activities. Authorized to detect and correct unsafe acts and situations in his/her work place and also authorized to immediately report any other potential hazardous situations. Authorized to stop working whenever a situation threating his/her own  or colleagues’ health and safety and must immediately report this situation to his/her manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

·         Graduate from Mechanical Engineering.

·         Minimum two years experience on the plant engineering and/or utilities systems, construction site mechanical installation.

·         Preferably knowledge and experience in the current GMP (cGMP)

·         Expert on the HVAC and Utilities

·         Knowledge and experience in energy systems such boiler, power, etc.

·         Familiar to ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000

·         Able to use MS Office programs and SAP effectively,

·         Good command in English both written and spoken,

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
