Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of Export Sales experience is mandatory.
Knowledge
Must have a strong mechanical / technical aptitude.
Must be fluent in English and a preffered 2nd language.
Educational requirements
University Degree Required. Business or Engineering Preferred.
Military requirements
Completed. (for male candidates)
Travel requirements
Able to travel by airplane on continuous basis.
B-class Turkish driver’s licence is also required.

Mission
The Export Sales Representative (ESR) will be predominantly responsible for initiation and development of strategic dealerships with dealers in EMEA territory (Europe / Middle East / Africa) and in turn, creating profitable growth for Sarmak Compressors Co.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Export Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Real-time assessment of our business position in the territory (i.e, SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenue, customer input, competition, etc.)
- Creation of a sound export business plan and on-going activity plan
- Execution of all export sales processes and strategies
- Development of complete customer satisfaction in all accounts
- Development of positive relationships in all accounts
- Development of the distribution network; maintaining positive momentum toward mutually beneficial goals in the territory
- Formal introduction of all new products to customers and distribution
- Accurate territory forecasting
- Driving product development
- Development of new accounts & Maintenance of existing accounts
- Managing and Attending Exhibitions in the territory
